We hold our fine art prints to the highest quality standards. Because each print is carefully produced and handled, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, we are fully committed to ensuring your artwork arrives exactly as intended.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, or if you receive the wrong product, we will make it right. You are entitled to a full replacement.


How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact Us: Please email us at info@untoldart.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item (and the packaging, if damaged) or the incorrect print.

  • Return the Item: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

  • Confirmation & Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm the damage or error, we will immediately begin preparing a fresh print. Your replacement will be shipped out to you as quickly as possible, completely free of charge.
